Downtown Development

The Downtown Development Corporation (DDC) serves as the agent for Metro Louisville on downtown projects and initiatives involving the public sector. It coordinates the planning, development, and operational functions of the central business district.

DDC assists in analyzing and developing major real estate projects, urban design programs, and downtown loan programs.

Downtown entertainment district grows
