Stress. We all have it. We talk about it, think about it, feel it, even revere and, at times, invite it. But what is it doing to your body? Your mind? Your relationships? Your productivity? Your life?

In this 2-hour session you will learn a simple working definition of stress so you can know it when you see it. You will be exposed to (and likely surprised by) the wide-ranging ramifications of chronically held stress in your life and the lives of those you love, or for whom you are responsible.

You will experience 2-3 practices that will teach you how to turn down your physical and mental stress response for less anxiety, better sleep, improved function of virtually every system of your body, and will help you access more clarity, creativity, productivity, and efficiency in your personal and professional lives. Additionally, you will learn skills to use during the course of your busy day to help you achieve and maintain your peaceful state of mind.
