| Step 1 |
Submit a copy of your State ABC Temporary License Applicaiton & all attachements with your applicaiton to the Department of Codes & Regulations. State Temporary ABC Application |
| Step 2 |
Attach your license fee by certified check, cashiers check or money order made payable to : Louisville Metro |
| Step 3 |
Submit your applicaiton to the Department of Codes & Regulations License & Permits Division well in advance of your special event date to inusre ample time for processing, perferably three (3) weeks prior to the event date.
