Submit a copy of your State ABC Temporary License Application and all attachments with your application to the Department of Codes & Regulations. State Temporary ABC Application |

Attach your license fee by certified check, cashiers check or money order made payable to : Louisville Metro |
| Step 3 |
Submit your application to the Department of Codes & Regulations License & Permits Division well in advance of your special event date to insure ample time for processing, preferably three (3) weeks prior to the event date.
