AIRPORT TO PRIVATE RESIDENCE

    Metered Fare
  + Charges or tolls to enter or leave any passenger terminals
  + Charges or tolls to use cross roads or bridges
  + Charges or tolls to pick up or discharge passengers at public facilities
    TOTAL FARE

    An additional charge of $3.00 per passenger beginning with the 5th passenger may be added to the metered fare.
