Quality Improvement and Development Unit
The Quality Improvement and Development Unit (QID) of MetroSafe was established February 4, 2008. Our staff has a very diverse knowledge base. Quality Improvement and Development Unit’s mission statement is to implement a Quality Improvement Program that will develop efficient and innovative methods for improving workflow processes and facilitate individual accomplishments. While QID functions to support the goals and objectives of MetroSafe, we will work to improve services provided for the citizens of Louisville-Jefferson County along with the Emergency Responders
