Welcome to the Department of Neighborhoods, Community Outreach Division! We are dedicated to the enrichment of neighborhoods by empowering residents. The Community Outreach Team works throughout Louisville Metro connecting residents with government services. We can also help you develop a new neighborhood association* or revitalize an existing association. We also provide a variety of exciting and informative training programs throughout the year designed to strengthen neighborhoods. The Community Outreach Liaisons are available to attend neighborhood meetings to inform residents of upcoming events and training opportunities and answer questions about government services.
